Research On Sanya Property Hotel Deelopment

With the rapid development of global tourism domestic tourism has greatly promoted the development of the hotel industry, accompanied by the steady growth of the national economy and improvement of people’s living standards, property hotel investment boom has set off across the country. The State Council of China issued a set of opinions on promoting the construction and development of international tourism in Hainan Island on December31,2009. The fourth part which is about development of modern service industry and tourism related services to promote the industrial transformation and upgrading clearly stated:enhance standardized management in development, construction, marketing and other aspects of the property-style resort hotel industry. Clearly shows the government’s support and requirements for the development of property hotel in Hainan. Property hotel industry in Hainan province started earlier among other provinces, China’s first property hotel was born in Hainan, property hotel has been highly favored by investors because of its inherent advantages, compared with the traditional real estate investment, property hotel has a characteristic of low investment, high return. Sanya as a famous tourist resort has unparalleled vacation tourism resources "3S(Sun,Sea,Sand)", which laid a good foundation for property hotel development in Sanya.Although, property hotel has developed nearly15years in Sanya, there are still many problems need to be solved. This article was by studying a review about the property hotel domestic and abroad, using theoretical property to abstraction and generalization of concepts and characteristics of property hotel, clearing connotation of property ownership, via macro perspective viewing current development of domestic and foreign property hotel, carrying out development situation analysis of Sanya property hotel, and visiting25property hotels in Sanya through research ways of interview, questionnaire, and case study, finding out of the questions in Sanya property hotels, analyzing the reason of these existing questions, and trying to give some development strategies of Sanya property hotels. The main contents include:The first part is the introduction. This part introduces the research background, research significance and research status, introduce the research content, method and innovation of this article.The second part is the property hotel theory overview. This section review researches on property hotel at home and abroad, then describes the concept of property hotel and its classification, current status of property hotel development domestic and abroad, and makes a comparison analysis of property hotel industry and relevant industry.The third part is the supply status of Sanya property hotel. This part provides an overview of property hotel industry in Sanya.
