Research On The Whole Process Quality Control Scheme Of BX Metro Project

2014, sustained recovery of the world economy, state strongly support for the railtransportation industry, strong market demand, which create a good opportunity for thedevelopment of railway vehicle enterprise. CKGF actively adapt to the national developmentstrategy of "going out", through the company’s efforts, won the BX metro project. Under thisbackground, opportunities and challenges coexist, the competition between each railwayvehicle enterprise has become more and more fierce, the internal production situation ofcompany is increasingly grim, therefore, how to maximize the utilization of availableresources, enhance the quality control management on BX metro project whole process,improve the quality of whole train, In order to further improve customer satisfaction, whichhas become a problem of CKGF to be solved. This paper based on the analysis of the currentsituation of each stage during CKGF metro project execution, based on the summary onrelevant industry standards and basic theory, analyzed each stage process and influencingfactor, according to the requirements of the international railway industry standard and therelevant quality management system, put forward CKGF BX metro project quality controlscheme, and the corresponding safeguard measures.This paper argues that the three stages of great influence on product quality in metroproject cycle is design and development stage, parts procurement stage and production andmanufacturing stage, during the project execution, which were influenced by people,machine, material, method, environment and testing six factors. This paper argues thatquality management should be run through these three stages, and conduct whole processmanagement and control on various influencing factor, this paper put forward the principlesand ideas of quality control term by term and conduct the analysis. Finally, according to thecurrent situation of CKGF, put forward the safeguard measures on the implementation ofCKGF BX metro project each stage quality control scheme from the three aspects oforganization, institution and technology.This study will apply the research results of project management and quality control theory to CKGF BX metro project, which has the important significance on BX metroproject quality control level improving, and transformation of management theory to thepractice of enterprise management.
