China is the largest developing country,and the problem of balanced urban and rural development has long plagued developing countries.Since the founding of New China,China has established a heavy industry oriented development strategy with the main goal of pursuing high economic growth.In order to further implement this development strategy,China has also implemented the household registration policy with the division of urban and rural areas as the core,thus finally forming the dual structure of urban and rural areas.Since China's market-oriented reform,China's economic growth has been good,but at the same time,it coexists with the process and state of the widening gap between urban and rural areas and the gradual solidification of urban opposition.A country can achieve only balanced urban and rural development Exhibition,can really improve the overall level of national economic development.The uncoordinated relationship between urban and rural areas has become an obstacle to China's further development.In order to realize the coordinated development of urban and rural economy,China has put forward the goal of urban and rural economic integration.Taking Henan Province as an example,this paper first makes a detailed analysis of the current urban-rural gap in Henan Province from the whole level.Then the panel data of 18 provinces and municipalities in Henan Province from 2009 to 2018 were selected,and the development level of economic integration of 18 provinces and municipalities was evaluated by the method of principal component analysis and factor analysis.According to the criteria of economic zone division in the outline of Henan Province's plan for building a well-off society in an all-round way,Henan Province is divided into four economic regions:Central Plains Urban Agglomeration,North Henan Economic Zone,Southwest Henan Economic Zone and Huanghuai Economic Zone.level of development and evolution trends.This paper concludes that the current level of urban and rural economic integration in Henan Province is uneven.In general,the overall level of urban and rural economic integration in Henan Province is relatively low.The highest level of urban and rural economic integration in four economic regions of Henan Province is the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration,the second in the southwest of Henan Province,the third in the north of Henan Province and the lowest in the Huanghuai region.In terms of the balance of the internal development of the four regions,the difference between the cities of the Central Plains urban agglomeration is the largest,followed by the southwest of Henan Province in the west of Henan Province,the third place is the north of Henan Province,and the difference between the levels of urban and rural economic integration in the Huanghuai region is the least.Four from the analysis of evaluation indicators Factors affecting the development level of urban-rural economic integration can be analyzed,including:per capita GDP(yuan),non-agricultural and agricultural output ratio,binary contrast coefficient,fiscal expenditure on agriculture,urbanization rate,binary contrast index,urban and rural per capita expenditure on culture,education and entertainment,urban and rural residents Engel coefficient ratio.It can be summarized as follows:the overall economic level,the prosperity of the industry,the investment structure,the population structure and the consumption of the residents,and the corresponding policy enlightenment can be obtained from this.
