Management is of great significance to an enterprise to improve its economicbenefits，enhancement enterprise market and industry competitiveness. In recentyears，with the rapid development of automobile industry in our country，some ofthe auto parts industry enterprises，especially the state-owned or state-ownedholding enterprises，some business process problems and some contradictions in theprocess control has emerged because of the growing size. With the expansion ofenterprises’ scale，enterprises’ business process is becoming more and more，theinformation communication between departments is often blocked，which causesperformance bottlenecks in the business process，and even rupture，resulting in adecline in the quality of the product and product market share， marketcompetitiveness becoming weaker and weaker. Automobile industry in China startedlate，and the production and research and development of automobile still have along way to go compared with some developed countries in the world，particularlyon the automobile enterprise management mode. In recent years，the degree ofChina’s opening to the outside world increases，and the automobile market is facingthe challenge of more severe domestic and foreign industry，so domestic automobileenterprises need to adjust the management pattern，and some companies beganlearning and imitation of foreign advanced management mode，some businessprocess optimization and process control improvement program is graduallyimplemented in some domestic enterprises.In this paper，This paper focus on the parts processing business process optimization of the Changchun Special Vehicle Branch in the Jiefang.After someintroductions on the processing business processes of this company，this paperanalyzes the management status of parts processing status in this company.Throughthe analyses，this paper find out the shortcomings of the existing business processes.This paper give a specific elaboration on the theory of lean thinking and processoptimization theory，and based on the lean thinking，aiming at reducing productioncosts，improving product quality and enhance the benefit，applies the theory on thepractice，raises some schemes of marketing management，manufacture and qualitycontrol，and gives specific embodiments.If these schemes put into effect，theperformance of this company will increase obviously and the same to thedevelopment of the business and the markets expansion.Through the study, we found that the parts processing business processoptimization of the Changchun Special Vehicle Branch in the Jiefang exists someissues like narrow market orders concentrated，uneven distribution of monthlyproduction tasks，and so on. Because these issues affect its long-term development，the company should base on the guidance of lean thinking and through reducingbusiness costs，improving product quality and customer satisfaction to improve thecompany’s parts manufacturing business operational efficiency. The company shouldaddress existing problems，re-sort the parts production operations managementprocesses and the factors those affect the production，quality，and sales. Against thecompany problems in operations management, the paper redesigned some key partsproduction operations management processes， including marketing businessprocesses，the making and implementation of production processes and qualitycontrol program. By optimizing marketing business processes，the making andimplementation of production processes and the quality control program，thecompany’s parts business marketing，production planning and execution and productquality control will completely change the original management model，and are expected to achieve good results.
