The Present Situation Of Chinese Strategic Emerging Industry And The Empirical Research Of Its Development Factors

Since2009, the CPC central committee has put forward to develop the strategic emerging industries in order to solve the global crisis of ecological environment deterioration and economic downward pressure. China hopes that strategic emerging industries can help our country realize the adjustment of industrial structure and the benign development pattern of steady growth. Based on the present situation of Chinese strategic emerging industry, this article try to use the qualitative and quantitative analysis to study its development factor and try to figure out development law of the strategic emerging industry. Then we put forward countermeasures to achieve sustainable industrial development.The main content of qualitative analysis:in the time dimension, this paper sorts out5years’development of Chinese strategic emerging industries, especially the operational situation of key areas. In spatial dimensions, this article discusses the industrial development pattern and trend of the east, middle and west, and analyzes the industrial advantage of the key areas in emerging industries. Such as the Bohai rim, the Yangtze River delta and the Pearl river delta. Then we get comprehensive development situation of Chinese overall strategic emerging industry.The main contents of quantitative analysis:By building the model of sales revenue of new products, the model of patent application quantity and the model of industrial production, this article takes the empirical regression in strategic emerging industries, and makes further exploration of the impact factors in each regression model measurement result. The development factors of strategic emerging industries conclude:human capital, internal r&d in enterprise, technology diffusion from foreign country and domestic country, industrial agglomeration level, government support, export, the research and development in enterprise and technological transformation. The conclusion of quantitative analysis and measures:Enterprise does not have ability of independent development innovation; the external technology fail to combine with the research and development in enterprise, so these fctors jointly result in the whole ability of performances of promote the industry are low. Research and development of enterprise internal fail to make contribution on the output of patent knowledge innovation, independent technological innovation ability is not high, industry innovation and integrated innovation ability is low; The degree from foreign trade of high-tech products is low, and the low level of industrial concentration failed to achieve economies of scale. To a certain extent, they hinder the development of China’s strategic emerging industries.Through the qualitative and empirical analysis, this article put forward the appropriate policy proposals:intensify policy support; increase the capacity of independence innovation; encourage exporting products with independent intellectual property; promote the development of strategic emerging industry cluster.
