A Study On Transformation Of Scientific And Technological Achievements Of Strategic Emerging Industries In China

Achievements transformation is a key part of strategic emerging industries. Successful transformation of scientific and technological achievements can promote the industrial structure upgrading, improve industry core competitiveness, and have an important role in promoting formation and development of the traditional industry, leading industry and pillar industry. Along with our country speeding up the independent innovation system, the problems of transformation, commercialization and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements of strategic emerging industry will appear more prominent.Combined with the statistics of high-tech industries in2012and national questionnaire survey data in the Ministry of Education and major project "Development of China’s strategic emerging industries", this paper uses literature research, survey analysis, statistical analysis and case study methods, and analysis the scientific and technological achievements into strategic emerging industries situation, problems, main form, the effectiveness of scientific and technological achievements, and select a representative company Fiberhome technology group and new energy vehicles industry to do the further analysis. In this paper, there are two innovations:one is using the latest data; two is from the perspective of strategic emerging industries, research on the scientific and technological achievements.Finally, for scientific and technological achievements of China’s strategic emerging industries out of touch with the market, the limited capacity of enterprise technology transformation achievements, outcomes imperfect service system, scientific and technological achievements into several aspects of unsound policy issues, this paper puts forward some suggestions. First, we should improve the scientific and technological achievements into legislation; second, we must strengthen the enterprises as the mainstay of research cooperation; third, we must strengthen the construction of intermediary service organizations; finally, we should strengthen the construction of risk investment system.
