With development of economic globalization, our national enterprises are facing to more intense competition. Enterprises, in such a competitive environment to survive and develop, gaining more advantage, competition and management, must pay attention to personnel training. Therefore, enterprises should import effective performance management and improve enterprise management level, so as to realize the strategic target of enterprise. Not only that, effective performance management can also make the enterprises and employees having common progress, harmony and development. The enterprise should pay more attention to according to the actual operating situation, which needs to find suitable for their performance management theory, combined with the best way to improve the efficiency of the enterprise management.With the deeply reform of physical power system, the power supply enterprises of our country have serious challenges in management. Therefore, the establishment of an effective and perfect performance management system is an important way which makes the power supply enterprises adapt to the current economic development.In recent years, many domestic enterprises have imported the performance management system. However, from the actual effects, many enterprises have some problems, such as the unclear performance management theory, the performance management system not meeting the development strategy, and despising the improvement measures. The problems block the performance management system to promote the effect of enterprise development.Taking shenbeixinqu power supply company as the research object, the performance management theory and the actual conditions of power supply enterprise are combined with the enterprise’s actual situation and management situation, using Balanced Scorecard and key performance index method to design performance management scheme for company level, department level and job level. The proposed method can help the power supply company to achieve a strategic development goal, and it can support power supply enterprises for construction and implementation of certain theory and reference.
