This thesis introduced the related background of the thesis and the related theories,then take Qingdao Power Supply Company as an example, analyze the existent problems of the performance management, and then proceeded the analysis to the necessity of the project model design of the performance management. In the next chapter, this thesis try to build the new project model about performance management of Qingdao Power Supply Company, its core is the index system and the target of the performance management, in the end ,the index system with monthly assess , quarter analysis and year bargain has been built. |
