| This thesis starts from the basic theory of supply chain management, then applies the theory of supply chain and purchasing management to study A company’s current situation and analyze the existing problems. The problems include unscientific categorization of materials, unreasonable purchasing process, vulnerable awareness of the supply chain management, and insufficient information, etc. The major reasons are that the evaluation system of supply chain is not complete and the mechanism of supply chain management is not illustrated to details, etc. In response to the causes of existing problems,this thesis put forward below suggestions and strategies to make improvement: to enhance supply chain external to the company, build an information-shared environment, and to consolidate supplier management and strengthen the cooperation. Even though this thesis is illustrated by A company as example, the related theories optimization measures can also be applied to companies with similar problems of A company. |
