With the development of Chinese economy, Chinese automobile industry has entered aperiod of rapid development. By the year of2013, the number of production and sale hasreached more than20million and the growth has increased dramatically, which makesChinese auto industry has ranked first in the whole world for five consecutive years. At thesame time, domestic joint-venture enterprises of automobile divide up the huge auto marketof China. It is urgent that the independent auto enterprises enhance their competitiveness.With the development of Chinese automobile market, a group of powerful foreign auto partsmanufacturers, single-owned operated businesses and joint venture have entered into China.Chinese independent auto parts enterprises are experiencing “the survival of the fittest”,Chinese auto industry will face a full range of competition. As a vehicle manufacturingcorporation in early China, F corporation should carry out reform and innovation on theprocurement management mode and method in order to improve their own advantages in thefierce competition, and integrate with the advanced enterprise management system.Firstly, this paper expounds the background and significance of establishing the forwardsourcing management pattern, describes the existing mode status of sourcing managementpattern in domestic joint-venture auto enterprises and independent auto enterprises, introducethe thinking of research and the main content of this paper. Secondly,after explaining somerelated theories which need to be cleared, this paper makes a deep description and analysison the current status of sourcing management pattern and existing problems of F corporation,and draws the conclusion that on the aspect of cost control, cycle control and supplierdevelopment, the existing sourcing management pattern of F corporation is disadvantageousto its future development. Thirdly,according to the problems identified, this paper makes afurther discussion on the background, feasibility, necessity and key factors of purchasingmanagement in the corporation and suggests the design thought of forward sourcingmanagement pattern. By establishing implementation framework and simulated condition offorward sourcing management pattern, the paper describes the performance evaluation onforward sourcing management pattern and its evaluation on the supplier in detail. In furtherdiscussion, it raises actions aiming to improve the future development direction of Fcorporation, which enhances the vehicle’s ability of independent development and builds supplier resources system suitable for future development of supplier. Through these twoaspects, the prospect will be put forward for the future of the corporation. Finally, the authorshope that the exposition of this paper can be helpful for future development of corporationand constant improvement of market competitiveness.
