The Applicability Of The Factoring For Taizhou Agricultural Export Enterprises And Influencing Factors Of Research

In the past20years, with the advent of economic globalization and the change from seller’s marketto buyer’s market, factoring, as a set of trade finance, commercial credit information, receivablesmanagement and credit risk guarantees in an integrated financial services, has been widely used anddeveloping rapidly because of its flexible, safe and efficient trading and settlement. In China,agricultural export enterprises usually have financing difficulties, and banks are reluctant to provide aloan. However, a large number of debtors exist in various development stages, especially in the growthphrase. So is factoring applicable for agricultural exports enterprises? What are the impact factors?This study aims to solve this problem. Regarding the agricultural export enterprises in Taizhou as aresearch perspective, basing on the development of domestic and international factoring business, theauthor does a research to several banks in Taizhou, like Agricultural Bureau, China Banking RegulatoryCommission, especially68agricultural export enterprises in Tiantai, Taizhou. The author collects a lotof data through access to secondary sources, interviews with business executives, sample questionnaires,and finally analyzes the applicability of the agricultural export enterprises in Taizhou and its influencingfactors through the use of descriptive statistics and quantitative analysis. At the same time, the authorputs forward the policy recommendations to promote the development of factoring in Taizhouagricultural export enterprise. Specific conclusions are as follows:(1) The factoring in China started late, compared with Europe, whether it is a market and haveundergone a development stage, and huge potential for development. China will continue to becomethe world’s largest factoring market. Since the international factoring in China, factoring in the marketand have undergone a rapid development stage, and in the related system of platform constructionand development also gradually improve.(2)Taizhou agricultural exporters factoring penetration rate is not high. According to theTaizhou agricultural export enterprises, the survey found only10.29%of the enterprises to participatein the development of the factoring business. Most of the companies did not develop factoring. Thisis connected with national overall situation of factoring development, with the development ofdomestic factoring environment optimization and the relevant laws and regulations system standard,Taizhou agricultural exporters of factoring there will be a new development. (3) Taizhou factoring demand potential is tremendous. Through to the Taizhou involved infactoring companies, the questionnaire survey to analysis by empirical analysis method to the basicfeatures of Taizhou factoring to participate in the enterprise, the results showed that Syria’swell-being of the enterprise of large scale and small age, asset-liability ratio is high, small financialdifficulties, financing difficulty level is low, higher requirements on its Banks to credit collateral. Butmany companies are factoring in the development of potential customers, a market with enormouspotential.(4) The sustained and rapid economic growth, expanding the size of the market both at homeand abroad. With the gradual improvement of the development environment and commercialfactoring the growing of the enterprise, as well as e-commerce factoring and development of newtype of factoring formats, such as supply chain financing, factoring business scale is expected topresent a continuous high-speed growth, commercial factoring industry will usher in a new stage ofdevelopment.
