Farmers’professional cooperatives in Zhejiang province this paper aims to study the situati on of the circulation, to evaluate the effect of flow of farmers’ professional co-operatives and a-nalyze what are the factors restricting the farmers’ professional co-operatives land circulation, p-rovide a reference for the government to make relevant policy; Mainly using the method of st-atistical description, on the cross section data and collected by the sequence for statistical data, to describe the basic situation of the farmers’ professional cooperatives in Zhejiang province la-nd circulation and the influence factors of the restricting land circulation, with comparative ana lysis method, the farmers’ professional cooperatives in Zhejiang province land circulation in diff-erent years each index data to compare or contrast, analyzing the current situation of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Zhejiang province land circulation and posture, and using question-aire and interview method, in view of the farmers’ professional cooperatives in Zhejiang provinc e participants and organizers of land circulation investigation interviews, grasp the restriction fac-tors of farmers’ professional co-operatives land circulation, provide reasonable Suggestions for g-overnment policy making.Further research that restricts the farmers’ professional co-operatives land circulation mainly caused the farmland property rights system is not clear, imperfect land expropriation compense-ion policy, land circulation market and lack of guidance of intermediary service organization, tr-ansfer procedures not specification, farmers’ non-agricultural income is not high and the lack of social security of migrant workers, etc.; Conclusion is mainly aimed at the above several aspe-cts put forward rational Suggestions.
