Study On Rural Floating Population’s Old-age Security

The rural floating population emerged after our country’s processof industrialization and urbanization, it is a special social group whichthough work in city but still reserve the right of rural land. With timepassing by and social changes, they gradually become a part of city life,and it has been an indisputable fact that they do great contribution tothe development of city and social economy. But the existence oflong-standing urban-rural dual system led to the serious lack of socialsecurity of rural floating population, and the pension problems has becameone of the important issues of rural floating population, thus, exploringthe old-age security model of our country’s floating population has becameimportant measures of speeding up our country’s urbanization process andpromoting the development of urban and rural integration.This paper uses the method of literature investigation, questionnairesurvey and measurement analysis, summarizing the flow status and groupcharacteristics of rural floating population after the policy of openingup, from the level’s adjustment of rural floating population pensionpolicy to focus on the status of this group. On the basis of practicalinvestigation and research, establishing the wishes of the elderlyinfluencing factors model of rural floating population, studying theinfluence of age, time of leaving place of domicile, income, family situation and other factors to the wishes of the elderly influencingfactors, and drawing the conclusion; the last two chapters is mainly forinstitutional design, in allusion to the endowment system design of thosewho return to rural,mainly discussing the join of the urban and ruralendowment insurance relationship, the exploration of land pension systemdesign and rural community endowment way; in allusion to the endowmentsystem design of those who stay in the city, mainly calculating thecapacity of city endowment security, and exploring the problem oflong-term rural floating population’s rural land circulation problemunder the background of city endowment.
