The Japan' Pension Scheme Under The Backgroud Of Aging Population And Revelation To China's Pension Scheme

Japan' pension scheme has formed a completely near-perfect pension scheme after more than half a century of development. Recently years, the aging population problem has given huge negative influence to many aspects in Japan. Especially, the aging population problem is an important test to social security system. In order to resolve this issue The Japanese government make a major reform for their old-age pension insurance system and effectively relieve the pressure of an aging population. Our country is a large country in population, with the constant improvement of the society, the population average life span; the aging population question will be more outstanding. As for China, the pension schemes, which were established relatively late, and in the transition period, face lots of problems like the stealth debt and aging population. Thus, China' pension schemes still need a long period to develop and improve. And through Japan' experience, we could find the solution which China is facing.The article has five important parts. The paper uses the method of comparative analysis to find the problems of pension scheme in process of comparison and identification. Studied positively the develop experience of other countries in order to explore a develop road of pension scheme with Chinese characteristics.
