Research On The Quality Of Elder Pension Of The Migrant Population In Rural Area

The elderly floating population in rural areas,that is,following their children,spouses and other immediate family members into the place of emigration,the elderly population with rural household registration over 60 years of age,is born in a special historical and social environment.Since the 21 st century,China's higher and higher urbanization level,increasing population aging level,higher and higher education level,and gradually liberalizing the policy of second child birth,these factors affect each other,resulting in the trend of family mobility in China's population mobility.This group is born in the city Live,work,on the one hand,will bring a positive impact on the city.They will reduce the pressure on children,spouses and so on who work and live in the city,and will also provide a certain labor force for the development of the city and promote the development of the city.On the other hand,it will also put forward higher requirements for the development of the city.Especially since the 19 th National Congress,the main contradictions in our society have changed,the people's pursuit of a better life,the demands for people's livelihood have been constantly upgraded,and the elderly population has put forward higher demands on the social security provided by the state and the quality of life in their later years.They live and work in the city,on the one hand,will contribute to the development of the city.They will reduce the pressure on children,spouses and so on who work and live in the city,and will also provide a certain labor force for the development of the city and promote the development of the city.On the other hand,it will also put forward a better pursuit for the development of the city.For example,pension,medical insurance and other livelihood issues,especially since the 19 th National Congress,the main contradictions in our society have changed,our people's pursuit of a better life,the appeal for people's livelihood has been constantly upgraded.After entering the new environment,the elderly migrant population in the rural areas with migration is not fluent in language,different cultures and customs,and living Different habits,not familiar with the environment,will lead to its integration into the new environment has a certain degree of difficulty.At the same time,the increase of age,the aging of the body function,the decline of social income,as well as the socialwelfare system convergence,community pension system is not sound,will lead to its urgent demand for more support from the state,including policy support,economic support,and so on,to improve its living standards and quality of old-age care in the city.Therefore,this paper takes the rural elderly floating population as the research object,probes into the quality of old-age care received by their immediate relatives,such as their children and spouses,after entering the city from the countryside,mainly takes the 2017 floating population dynamic monitoring data as the data source,from the demographic characteristics,household income and expenditure,employment status,mobility and residence will,health and public service,social integration,etc.,to describe the current situation of the quality of their old-age care service,and to describe the corresponding linear regression model,and to describe the factors affecting the quality of old-age care of this group and the relevant factors,and draw the conclusion of the research.In view of these situations and problems,the corresponding development path is put forward.
