The Acquisition Of Chunks In L2Written And Spoken Corpora: The Case Of Chinese EFL Learners

As one of the basic industry of the national economy, chemical industry is closelyrelated with various fields of national economy and people’s life. However, chemicalindustry not only consumes large amounts of energies and resources, but also causesgreat pollution to the environment. The way of developing chemical industry has farcan not satisfy the requirement of sustainable development of the society relying onthe traditional large amounts of consumption of resources and energies and seriouspollution to the environment. Therefore, in order to realize “low consumption, lowpollution, zero emissions", and also consider the balanced development of economicbenefit and ecological benefit, ecological chemical industry is the most basic and themost effective way to achieve the goal. But, what is ecological chemical industry’smain influence factors, and how to measure the development level of ecologicalchemical industry and how to promote the development of ecological chemicalindustry all become the problems to be solved. The article on the basis of relatedresearch on the ecological industry at home and abroad, attempts to conclude theexperience of the development of ecological industrial in the developed countries, andidentify the main factors of influencing the development of ecological chemicalindustry, and build the evaluation index system and evaluation model of thedevelopment level of ecological chemical industry, taking Shan Dong province as acase to evaluate and apply. Therefore, the article carries out research work mainlyaround the following several aspects:First, the article summarizes the experience of the development of ecologicalindustry in the developed countries, and systematically reviews and summarizes the experience of development of ecological industry of the United States, the EuropeanUnion and Japan and other developed countries, especially summarizes thecharacteristics and the development trend of the ecological industrial park.Second, the article identifies the main factors of influencing the development ofecological chemical industry. On the basis of the investigation, quantitatively analyzeby using the entropy weight coefficient model, and identify the main factors ofinfluencing the development of ecological chemical industry including constraints ofwater environment, The level of operation and management of industry (enterprises),the pressure of pollutant emissions and processing, the policies of financial support,fiscal support, and preferential tax, the existing technical level of industry, etc.Third, the article builds an evaluation index system and evaluation model of thelevel of the development of ecological chemical industry. Under the principles ofsystematic, scientific, operational, according to the connotation of ecological industryand the characteristics of chemical industry, from the four aspects of economic growth,the utilization and circulation of material, the control of pollution and the level ofecological development to build an evaluation index system of the level of thedevelopment of ecological chemical industry, and use the multi-level fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method to construct the evaluation model.Fourth, the article evaluates the development level of the ecological chemicalindustry of Shan Dong province. The results show that from2010to2012of ShanDong province, ecological chemical industry development is at low levels, the specificreasons are that the level of material utilization and circulation, the control of pollutionis on the low side. The paper puts forward the following countermeasures: one is toimprove the policy support; Second, improve the utilization rate of resources, energyand cycle; Three is to improve the level of the operation and management of industrial;Fourth, increase the ability of the innovation of science and technology; Fifth, payattention to cultivate industrial ecology technology talents; Sixth is to strengthen thepublicity and promotion of the concept of ecological development.
