Reference domestic and overseas scholars study present situation of employee training participation motives, scholars in psychology and behavior more study in the perspectives of, they will concerns focused on staff training participation motives definition of concept and participation motives types of classification and research on the related countermeasures, and the angle of management for enterprise employee training participation motives of research is still only at the preliminary stage, therefore, the research and discusses the training of the staff participation motives influence factor and the formation and development of training motivation by subjective and objective factors, such as how many implications, has the very important theoretical significance and practical significance.Whereas on China's relevant enterprise employee training needs, training participation motives are lacking, this paper based on Xi'an Ordnance staff as the research object, research on this topic.
