Nowaday world is knowledge economy age, the knowledge employees therefore playmore and more important roles in the enterprises. But during these years, the knowledgeemployees' loyalty is reduced, and they changes job frequently, this has become a big crisis tothe private enterprises especially. Why? What can be done?In this article, according to the theory of motivation and knowledge employees'connotation and characteristic, the problems in the motivation of knowledge employees inprivate enterprise have be analyzed. At the same time, the traditional methods, material andimmaterial, have be discussed in detail. That include salary welfare motivation, individualdevelopment motivation, the authorization motivation, the emotional motivation, the dynamicmotivation and so on.In this article, it is considered that to establish the individualistic motivation is thedirection to settle the problems in motivation of knowledge employees in the privateenterprises. And the principle and method regard to design of a personal motivation areargued.In addition, the correlative demonstration is enumerated in the end.This article can be look as reference for the private enterprises to settle deficiencies inthe motivation works, in theory or in practice.
