The Evaluation Research Of Tacit Knowledge Conversion Ability Of CTCE Branch Office

In the era of knowledge economy, enterprises are facing more and more new challenges, many capacity is very important for businesses for example big data mining, knowledge innovation etc. Knowledge management is the key to solving such problems, however, in the field of knowledge management transforming ability of enterprise tacit knowledge is the key to create and maintain sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, the evaluation of enterprises’s tacit knowledge transforming capabilities becomes an important issue to be solved.First of all, in this research, Analysis is performed in the connotation of Enterprises’s tacit knowledge conversion capability, conversion process, transformation vectors and transformation system; Secondly, analyzed from four aspects in tacit knowledge transformation subject, tacit knowledge features, enterprise technology environment and business management environment, obtained evaluation index system of tacit knowledge conversion capability. Third, by AHP, the study identified the Evaluation Model of Enterprise Tacit Knowledge Transformation capabilities. Fourth, with the overseas engineering company of CTCE Group as the research object, using the model of the enterprise tacit knowledge conversion capability in empirical analysis. Fifth, analysising the results of empirical research, the company exists six areas problems in Enterprises’s tacit knowledge conversion capability. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions are given for the six issues.For this study, the construction has a positive significance in improving the business aspects of tacit knowledge conversion capability for the overseas engineering company of CTCE Group, research into the ability of other companies, also has tacit knowledge reference.
