Research On The Relationship Of Tacit Knowledge Acquisition,Transformation Capability And Knowledge Innovation Performance Of Knowledge Enterprises

Knowledge-based enterprises are an important part of many enterprises in China.The improvement of their knowledge innovation capabilities provides a guarantee for the stable and high-quality development of the entire industry and the accelerate the construction of an innovative country.Knowledge innovation stems from the acquisition and transformation of knowledge.Therefore,the process and ability of knowledge acquisition and transformation have become the point of enterprise development.However,the internal knowledge resources of the enterprise are very limited,and the enterprise needs to obtain more knowledge resources from the outside in order to enhance the overall strength and also lay the foundation for the sustainable high-quality development.The improvement of an enterprise's innovation ability is affected by the total amount of external knowledge resources and its own acquisition ability,especially the external tacit knowledge acquisition ability has an extremely important impact on the enterprise's continuous innovation.The study believes that the level of innovation ability of an enterprise depends largely on whether the enterprise can quickly and effectively acquire and use external tacit knowledge.Especially for knowledge-based enterprises,tacit knowledge has played an important role in its construction and development.Previous studies have rarely considered the mediating role of tacit knowledge conversion ability.The latest research enriches the role of tacit knowledge conversion ability in improving the performance of corporate knowledge innovation and supplements its important influence relationship as an intermediary variable.This paper first clarifies the concepts and characteristics of knowledge-based enterprises,tacit knowledge acquisition capabilities,tacit knowledge conversion capabilities,and knowledge innovation performance subjects through literature research methods,adopts a theoretical synthesis method,and comprehensively uses related theories and knowledge of management and economics constructed a relationship model that takes knowledge-based enterprises as the research object,tacit knowledge acquisition capability as independent variable,knowledge innovation performance as dependent variable,and tacit knowledge conversion capability as intermediary variable,and demonstrates that "tacit knowledge acquisition-tacit knowledge conversion-The rationality of the relationship model of "knowledge innovation performance" and its influence mechanism.Then the questionnaire survey method was used to collect datafrom some knowledge-based enterprises in China's North-Guangzhou area,and SPSS24.0 and AMOS software were used to conduct empirical analysis and path research on the recovered 326 questionnaire data.The results show that for knowledge-based enterprises,both dimensions of tacit knowledge acquisition ability have a significant positive impact on knowledge innovation performance,and both dimensions of tacit knowledge acquisition ability have significant positive effects on the three dimensions of tacit knowledge transformation ability.The three dimensions of influence,implicit knowledge transformation ability all have a significant positive impact on knowledge innovation performance,and the three dimensions of implicit knowledge transformation ability play a complete intermediary role between tacit knowledge acquisition ability and knowledge innovation performance.According to the empirical analysis results,combined with the purpose and significance of this study,the research results were discussed in depth,and from the perspective of the enterprise and the government,some management suggestions were put forward to enhance the knowledge innovation ability of knowledge-based enterprises.Enterprises should strengthen internal training and external communication,and pay attention to the coordinated development of enterprises.At the same time,the government should create a good external environment for enterprise knowledge innovation.At the micro level,this study improves the way for companies to achieve the purpose of improving knowledge innovation performance by enhancing the ability to acquire tacit knowledge;at the macro level,it can provide a certain theoretical reference and data support for the government to formulate relevant policies for knowledge-based enterprises.
