As result, theinformation did not replay in time and the plan and merchandise did not fit the situation.The project schedule is also been manage by manual and the projects are often out ofcontrol and did not completed on time. The managers of the company could not controlthe whole situation of the projects. So it is very urgent that the project management needto been improved by informatization.This article aims the problems in the project management of A company. By thedevelopment of the project management system, the company has controlled the cost andthe efficiency well. Also, by study of the project management of A company, somesolutions will be found out for the similar company in the retail industry of the chainstores.The thesis is combined with five parts. The first part is the preface, which is aboutthe background, the purpose and the meaning of the article, as well as the domestic andabroad research trends. With regards to the rapid expansion, the optimization should be issued based on theestablishment project management system and control and monitor the project inreal-time.Concerned with the lack of information communication, it is suggested to set upplat form of the project, improve the info sharing and avoid info distortion.Concerned with stable of human resource, the knowledge base has been used andthe approving system has been implemented to solve the problem.Concerned with the irregular document management, it is very important that thedocuments were saved in regular structure using information technology.As the precondition that the optimizations are advised, the implementing plan isfurther suggested so as to improve the project management information.
