Small and Medium-sized (S&M) enterprises play a key role in social economic development. S&M enterprises grew up in specific period in our country, most of them still adopted crude management pattern, they have not the capacity of competent in marketing economy ,especially, after we enter WTO, the problem of management is fiercer an fiercer. Business Informatization (BI) undoubtedly provides a new way for the development of the M&S enterprises. Though the information construction, importing advanced management theories and information technology.The thesis puts forward informatization management models of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise in china. Though organization structure and application and function, I established organization, application and function models. Enterprise informatization management models will unify the application in each phase; decrease the hardness of enterprise information construction. Consequently it will improve the quality and efficiency of implying enterprise information. Based on the informatization management model and profession characteristic, the writer put forward an effective stage implement projects. The first stage is data standardization The second stage is to add to financial affairs.The third stage is to merge business into financial affairs. The fourth stage is to use the method of plan for management .The fifth stage is to implement informatization whole. This thesis aims to resolve the management difficulties of S&M and progress the level of management gradually though the five stages that were stated above,and give an example to prove.Enterprise informatization construction need consider not only the characteristic of profession but also the characteristic themselves .I hope this article could have the leading meaning for application and practice of Small and Medium-Sized enterprise informatization construction.
