Research On The County Economy Development Of Ha-Mu-Sui-Dong Sino-Russia Industrial Belt

The rapid booming of county economy development is one of the prominentfeatures against the background of global regional economic development. At theearly stage, enterprises gathered around advantageous location and formed urbanindustrial zone&dotted regional centre affected by regional environment, policies,economic development. The expansion of enterprises gradually concrete banded andchain industrial area, as well as industrial belt at last, which strongly drive the countyeconomic development. Therefore, to study county economy development ofindustrial belt is of guiding significance.This paper, base on the theory of county economy and industrial belt, accordingto initiated stage, rising stage and burgeoning stage, to analysis progress and statusquo of Ha-Mu-Sui-Dong Sino-Russia industrial belt. The paper also take the methodof normative analysis&empirical analysis，qualitative analysis&quantitativeanalysis, as well as SWOT method to explore advantages&disadvantages, chances&challenges of Ha-Mu-Sui-Dong Sino-Russia industrial belt, thus, to constructimport and export processing industry cluster, the new industrial base which havebonded and cross-border function, the forerunner area of Russia’s economic andtrade cooperation and explore “the second marine door of Northeast China”. Thispaper will put emphasis on institutional innovation, coordinated development,project attractive, and environment improvement to provide some suggestions andreference.
