The RFID network wire planning is based on the application of RFID. By using the information network, we can realize the communications of RFID devices and simplify the logistics process. RFID technology can save service levels and reduce costs while providing better service to customers. RFID is the operation of an overall network, rather than a simple combination of equipment and facilities. Therefore, when enterprise planning to use RFID, they usually take the construction of the RFID network as the primary problem.With the rapid development and extensive application of RFID, it is used frequently, which result in higher failure rates. Therefore, we have to consider the maintenance strategy of RFID system. For the enterprise who use the RFID system, it is necessary to consider the future maintenance costs in the initial stage of the construction. Based on this, the maintenance of RFID network wire planning cost is studied in the paper. Consider the maintenance strategy of RFID network wire planning not only improves the maintenance efficiency of the system, but also save time cost. This strategy brings more benefits to enterprises and improves the efficiency of enterprises at the same time.Considering the high cost of RFID network overall planning project and maintenance problems, the paper uses the Dijkstra algorithm and coverage model to improve the network wire planning method. Firstly, analyze the key elements of the cost of RFID network wire to realize the cost control. Aiming at reduce the maintenance cost, building model based on the shortest path line. Secondly, using the simulation software to solve the model, and get the shortest path meet the best wiring schemes. Using the maintenance model based on the maximum coverage model to observe the best number and station of maintenance sites. At last, we discussed the Dijkstra algorithm and coverage model based on the results of simulation and sensitivity analysis. The models have its advantages on the costs and benefits, data acquisition efficiency and maintenance.The simulation results show that the proposed model can effectively reduce network deployment costs and improve the efficiency of repair and maintenance, and improved efficiency in the data collection, we can say that the model provides a correct implementation of RFID systems for scientific decision-making.
