In order to realize the sustainable development of China’s paper industry, only theway of the development of circular economy to go, and only in circular economy way solve the problemsuch as paper making raw materials, waste paper recycling, pollution control, the papermaking enterprisesto sustainable development. BoHu WeiYe is paper industry leading enterprises in xinjiang, andagricultural industrialization national key leading enterprises, faced with the same development problems,how to change the pattern of economic development, use the circular economy development mode, tominimize the resource consumption and environmental costs, and obtain the biggest economic benefit,environmental benefit and ecological benefit, is the very real problem to solve in the enterprisedevelopment, this article is based on the current situation of the research.In this paper, guided by the circular economy theory and practice, the main mode of circular economydevelopment has systematic analyses and summary of our country papermaking enterprises. On this basis,based on circular economy related theory, to research BoHu WeiYe how to construct circular economyindustrial chain within the enterprise, implement cleaner production, developing circular economy, theenterprise external through joint venture, cooperation, extending industrial chain upstream, theimplementation of reed paper unifinication, realize the common development of economic, ecological andenvironmental benefits. Research BoHu WeiYe existing problems in the process of development ofcircular economy, causes, research BoHu WeiYe "zero emissions" as the goal, to rely on scientific andtechnological progress and management innovation, improve the countermeasures of development ofcircular economy, so as to maximize the resource utilization and minimize pollution emissions, build"reed--of pulping and papermaking wastewater treatment plant reeds" closed-loop type ecologicalcircular economy development mode, play a positive promoting and leading role for the industrydevelopment.This paper analyzes and summarizes China’s papermaking enterprise development the main mode ofcircular economy, circular economy has practical guiding significance to the development of papermakingenterprises.
