Study On Policy Of The Development Of Small Towns In Hebei Province In The Perspective Of Production City Fusion

As always, Urbanization is an important strategy of development and construction inour country. Urbanization embodies the social civilization of mankind and it’s also anecessary process in the economic construction. When it comes to raise the level ofurbanization in our country, developing the small towns is an important way. Hebeiprovince is a big agricultural province. The development of small towns is especiallyimportant for Hebei province because to realize agricultural modernization needs thesupport of the system of small towns. But the level of construction of small towns in Hebeiprovince is under the national average, which is far behind the level of other developedcoastal provinces and cities. In order to promote the development of small towns in Hebeiprovince, this article makes a systematic research on the current situation, characteristicsand problems of the development of small towns in Hebei province, based on the researchon small towns’ development theory at home and abroad, using the method of comparativeanalysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. It finally points out the policy ofproduction city fusion to promote the development of small towns in Hebei province. Thearticle emphasizes the main path to promote the development of small towns in Hebeiprovince in the perspective of production city fusion and the restriction on production cityfusion in Hebei province. It also points out the advices of paying attention to the urbanplanning function, enhancing internal driving force of production city fusion, guiding theindustry rapid development, perfecting the system of social management, increasingawareness of environmental protection and so on. This article provides the feasible modefor the development of small towns in Hebei province, intends to promote the developmentof industrialization and urbanization and realize the production city fusion.
