The Statistic Analysis Of Scientific And Technological Workers Survey In Fujian Province

The investigation project for current situations of scientific and technological workers is an important mean for scientific and technological association to fulfill its responsibilities acting as the bridge between government and the scientific and technological workers. It is aiming at grasping and understanding the status, requirements,opinions and suggestions of scientific and technological workers timely and dynamically through deep research in order to promote and resolve the real problems they concern about.In this way,a fluent and stable communication channel between scientific and technological workers and our party as well as government could be established and also,basic data and policy suggestions used by our party and government for establishing corresponding policies would be put forward.According to the data provided by the group team from Fujian Scientific and Technological association who is in charge of the topic ’the status survey of scientific and technological workers in Fujian province’, statistical analysis was used in this article for basic information, pressure status and job satisfaction of scientific and technological workers in Fujian in2012and it is wished to offer basis for our party and government to enact and implement scientific and technological development policies which are scientific,efficient and suitable for the conditions of our country.
