The knowledge economy era,the competition between enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition of knowledge,and knowledge competition in the final show is the carrier of knowledge-competition between knowledge workers,as a representative of the new generation knowledge workers has gradually into the workplace,with their own active way of thinking and professional knowledge and skills has brought the unprecedented development opportunity for the enterprise.But in recent years,agricultural science and technology enterprises relatively attractive compared with other industrial enterprises have had fallen,new generation high liquidity and low of the knowledge-type employees loyalty is to the enterprise management has brought new challenges,how to attract,retain and motivate the Cenozoic knowledge-type employees become agricultural science and technology enterprise managers and scholars research topic.To accurately understand the needs of the new generation of knowledge workers,fully stimulate their subjective initiative,improve their work enthusiasm and loyalty,is the agricultural science and technology enterprises must pay attention to and solve the problem.Therefore,it is necessary to study the incentive factors of the new generation of knowledge-based employees in agricultural science and technology enterprises.On the basis of previous research results and combined with the traditional incentive theory,this paper sorted out and summarized the incentive factors in this study,and added some incentive factors to make them more targeted for the new generation of knowledge-based employees in agricultural science and technology enterprises.Firstly,this paper collects data by means of network survey and questionnaire survey and constructs a theoretical model of incentive factors for the new generation of knowledge-based employees in agricultural science and technology enterprises.Then,based on the sample data,spss23.0 statistical software was used to conduct an in-depth and comprehensive empirical study on the incentive factors of the new generation of knowledge-based employees in agricultural science and technology enterprises.Based on the results of the empirical analysis,the hypothesis model was modified,and the following conclusions were obtained:(1)there is a significant difference between the importance of the new generation of knowledge-based employees' subjective judgment of various incentive factors and their actual satisfaction degree.Among them,the top five most important motivators are personal growth(4.562),work respect(4.502),job development(4.489),salary system(4.468)and welfare system(4.468).The five factors with the lowest satisfaction were innovation support(3.702),job development(3.689),management system(3.681),spiritual motivation(3.587)and participation in management(3.387).This shows that agricultural science and technology enterprises have not yet met the incentive needs of the new generation of knowledge workers.(2)The 25 incentive factors for the new generation of knowledge-based employees in science and technology enterprises can be divided into five categories: personal development,work value,humanistic care,organizational environment and reward reward.Personal development includes job development,training and learning,ability play,personal growth,job respect,job empowerment and job responsibility.Job value includes 6 motivating factors: job challenge,job achievement,job security,job competence,job interest and industry prospect.Humanistic care includes five motivating factors: interpersonal relationship,teamwork,participation management,management system and innovation support.Organizational environment includes four motivating factors: organizational fairness,working environment,corporate culture and leadership quality.The reward reward includes the salary system,the welfare system,the spirit incentive three incentive factors.(3)Agricultural science and technology enterprise for all kinds of incentive factors actually felt was positively associated with the degree of satisfaction with the overall motivated relations,indicating that managers can be used to improve the new generation of agricultural science and technology enterprise knowledge staff for all kinds of incentive factors of satisfaction to achieve the enhancement purpose to the incentive effect.Finally,according to the above conclusions,this paper proposes corresponding incentive measures to help agricultural science and technology enterprises effectively motivate the new generation of knowledge-based employees and improve their job satisfaction.
