In this study, we use questionnaires to discuss the relationship between self-efficacy and job performance. The use of factor analysis of the scale revision, with reliability and validity analysis, reliability and validity scales, using analysis of variance analysis of demographic variables on whether there are differences in scale and its three dimensions, correlation analysis and regression analysis, analysis of leadership style, the relationship between self-efficacy and job performance of the three variables. The following conclusions:(1) significantly higher than female employees work performance male employees; sense of self-efficacy female subjects was significantly lower than male subjects; were tested on leadership style scale scores were significantly different gender differences, and the men were retried Women were tested scored below the score.(2) self-efficacy and job performance has a very significant positive correlation; self-efficacy positively predict job performance, predict extremely significant.(3) exists between leadership style and job performance very significant positive correlation; leadership style can positively predict job performance, predict extremely significant.(4) self-efficacy and leadership style has a very significant positive correlation between leadership styles positively predicted self-efficacy.(5) self-efficacy intermediary role between leadership style and job performance significantly.
