With the speeding up of economic globalization and the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, high quality talents has become the core competition of enterprise resources. Enterprise management indeed is the management of people. The mass of the new generation employees has been in the job market. And gradually become the main force of the workplace. For the management of the new generation employees became the focus of enterprise management. They were born after the reform and opening-up policy, growing up in the complicated social environment, they have unique personality and requirements. The problem of new generation employees’job burnout and voluntary turnover is increasingly serious. A lot of research shows:job embeddedness have prediction effect on voluntary turnover of staffs. This article attempts from the perspective of organizations and managers to discuss how does leadership style to affect the job embeddedness of new generation employees through self-efficacy.This research make an analysis of leadership style, new generation employees, self-efficacy and the job embeddedness. Base on the the existing theory and research findings, raised the research logic, frame and the research hypothesis as well. According to the interview for the middle managers and new generation employees in some large mechanical manufacturing enterprise in hunan and questionnaire research on new generation employees of manufacturing enterprise from Hunan, Hubei, Guangdong and Beijing, and make the data analysis for the effective questionnaire through using the statistics software, the results shows:Fisrt, leadership style has a positive influence on new generation employees’job embeddedness. Second, leadership style has a positive influence on new generation employees’self-efficacy. Third, the self-efficacy of new generation employees has a positive influence on job embeddedness. Four, the self-efficacy of new generation employees has a mesomeric effect between leadership style and job embeddedness. Finanlly, this research has made a discussion and summary on empirical findings and also raised a management suggestion to the new generation employees.
