With the advent of the era of Mobile Internet and the rapid expansion of enterprise scale and business, the enterprise basic network service demand has become more and more intense. Enterprise gradually started to attach importance to the construction of the domain name system (DNS). As the core of the network system, the formation of DNS industry was too late in the domestic. Until today, the manufacturer of DNS industry in the IT field is still small and medium generally. Especially the imperfect Marketing Channel Management System of the DNS firms leads to more and more competition issues among the domestic or international firms.Based on KF company as the research object, this paper based on the theory of marketing channels, using the method of PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, established the general management of small and medium-sized IT companies marketing channel model, and on this basis, the reference the successful experience of domestic and foreign IT companies, designed to solve the existing problems, fitting the development of KF company marketing channel management model, and puts forward related Suggestions.
