Research On Bassinet Industrial Agglomeration Development Of Hebei Pingxiang

Under the background of global economic integration, with the deepening of the specialization and the wide application of science and technology, industrial agglomeration phenomenon has been quite common. As a geopolitical phenomenon in industrial evolution, industrial agglomeration has become an effective way to enhance the competitiveness of the county.To develop the industrial agglomeration economy of the county, it is important to balance urban and rural development, improve the farmers’ income and solve the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Therefore, Industrial concentration area of the county has become the focus of scholars, experts and government. Researched purpose of the article as following:the analysis of bassinet industrial agglomeration effect of Pingxiang in order to provide experience for the development of the county industrial concentration area in Hebei province.We have combed the theory of industrial economics, regional economics and econometrics based on the field research. The paper studied the effect of bassinet industrial agglomeration using the combination method of a typical survey, inductive analysis and structural model analysis.This paper has analysed the formative mechanism of bassinet industrial agglomeration to obtain that inner driving force and external driving force which takes advantage of gathering mechanism to form industrial agglomeration. And the elements of inner driving force include specialization, external economic and social capital, the elements of external driving force include market demand and government impetus.From the empirical point of view, we have measured the level of bassinet industry to obtain that there is a increasing return to scale and agglomeration effects in bassinet industry in recent ten years. But this growth is still extensive, depends on fixed asset investment and not talent innovation. This phenomenon is due to too many family businesses, low quality farmers entrepreneurs, lack of modern professional managers, backward management system, lack of long-term strategic development plan, blind pursuit of short-term benefits, overlooked the faction of talent.
