Research On The Transfer Of Beijing-Tianjin Industry In Hebei Province

The strategy of integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei was first proposed in 1980 s.Beijing Tianjin Hebei regional integration is developed from the concept of the capital economic circle.By realizing the transfer of industries in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the regional system innovation is promoted.The 19 th CPC National Congress to ease Beijing non capital function as the key to promote the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei,the move will for China to win more advantages and opportunities in the competition and cooperation in the global,but also conducive to the construction of the mechanism of regional coordinated development system.However,from now on,the unreasonable industrial layout of Beijing Tianjin Hebei and the uncoordinated development of the three industries will be a major constraint on the coordinated development of the three regions of Beijing Tianjin Hebei.In the same way,it is more true for the cities of Hebei province.Therefore,to realize the coordinated economic development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province and the cities of Hebei Province,the transfer and undertaking of industry become the most important.First of all,the theory on industrial transfer are summarized,which laid a theoretical foundation for the following research;Secondly,based on the method of industrial gradient coefficient,thesis analyzes the industrial advantages of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei respectively,so as to make industry selection for the industrial transfer of the three regions.After,based on the method of potential analysis,thesis makes an evaluation on the industry transfer and acceptance of various cities in Hebei province,and obtains the strengths and weaknesses of the industries in Hebei province.Then,thesis adopts the method of industrial gradient coefficient to analyze the industrial gradient of various industries in Hebei province,and obtains the dominant industries in each city.Then,it further analyzes the agglomeration situation and transfer trend of the industry by means of industrial dynamic aggregation index.Finally,thesis draws the industrial map of Hebei province industry transfer and makes some reasonable suggestions to Hebei province to undertake the transfer of Beijing-Tianjin industry.
