| To make Beijing,Tianjin,and the cities in Hebei Province into China’s new economic growth pole is an important problem facing our country at this stage.How to improve the overall regional competitiveness is an important breakthrough to the question.And to deepen the industrial agglomeration is the solution.Therefore,it is feasible to study the factors that influence the formation of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Industrial Agglomeration and to analyze the current situation and effect of its agglomeration.This paper did research in the following 3 problems.(1)The factors influencing industrial agglomeration in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,such as demand market,scientific research input and fund source,are described and analyzed in detail.(2)Taking manufacturing as an example,calculating the industrial agglomeration index such as Gini index,EG index,Herfendahl index,using China’s industrial enterprises database.And the correlation between the industrial agglomeration index and the factors influencing industrial agglomeration was analyzed.(3)Taking industrial enterprises above designated size as an example,the regression of CES production function of industries in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei was analyzed.Based on this,the H value standing for the reaction agglomeration effect was calculated.And the correlation between the H value and the factors influencing industrial agglomeration was analyzed.The above research show the following four results.(1)The industrial agglomeration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei rely more on internal market demand.The new product has a higher rate of return on investment in scientific research,and the cost of production can be reduced in the process of upgrading the quality of existing products or upgrading the production technology.A good investment environment can better promote industrial agglomeration.(2)In recent years,the concentration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has been deepening,and the phenomenon of agglomeration in the segments of the industry is more obvious.The agglomeration of advanced industries is not as good as that of traditional industries such as non-staple food processing.(3)In recent years,the industrial agglomeration effects of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei have shown a trend of increasing returns to scale.When analyzing the correlation between industrial agglomeration effect and industrial agglomeration factors,we can find that only by improving the quality of products can the production cost be reduced further so that the scale effect of industrial agglomeration can be realized.(4)Finally,based on the above analysis,4 suggestions for further development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Industrial agglomeration were put forward.First,on the basis of ensuring the upgrading and development of the existing advantageous industries,we should give priority to supporting the development of high value-added industries.Second,expanding the rural market and foreign markets so that the sustainable development of industrial agglomeration can be achieved.Third,promoting the free flow of production factors and deepening the division of labor and cooperation between urban industrial chains.Forth,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,and building a good financial environment.This paper makes a systematic and comprehensive study on the formation mechanism,agglomeration degree and agglomeration effect of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Industrial Agglomeration,so as to provide some ideas for the subsequent scholars to do relevant research.Based on the above research,this paper also points out the existing problems of industrial agglomeration in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and puts forward the solutions,so as to provide reference suggestions for the development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Industrial Agglomeration. |
