In the recent years, as the competition of commercial banks had been graduallyintensified, the government began to foster and give more supporting to the nationaland local commercial banks. Since the commitment of all-round opening of bankingindustry has been meet in2006as a compulsory clause to be a member of the WTO,the competition circumstance of commercial banks developed into a keenone.Banking homogeneity determines the competition between banks is essentially atalent competition. Commercial banks account manager is not only connected to theties between banks and customers, but also the direct creator bank profits, worthy ofstudy. Increases to employees to bring the work itself satisfied, you can improve theperformance of employees, and to improve organizational performance, as banks gaina competitive advantage in the fierce competition.
