The globalization of economic competition has a great impact to the organization' s management. As an important component of the organization, management of human resources management are also experiencing major changes. That is management changes from based on work of human resources to base on ability of human resources. Nowadays, if an organization is to adapt to globalization, economic competition, their individual can no longer seen as just a simple selection and training can easily fill the work of an organization. They should be seen as an important resource of the organization. In essence, their ability, skills and knowledge has become an important component of the organization competition and has become the adaptability and ability to learn the core. How scientificly and effectively discovery and excavate the human capacity requires the use of occupational adaptation means and use of human resources which is a joint study object of management and career adaptability. As a starting point, the two fully integrated, so as to adapt to The world economic development trend from a "based on the work of the organization" to "based on the ability of the organization" changes. So the study for occupational adaptation of has important practical significance.At present, The study for occupational adaptation is relatively few and there is no study for ordinary workers' mental workload. No one through the psychological burden of ordinary workers study the occupational adaptation. I tried to load from the psychological point of this new attempt to interpret the ordinary workers of the plant operating level vocational adaptability.We conducted a questionnaire survey from Workers operating in the workshop. After testing and statistical data analysis, we have the following conclusions:1. Operation for the workshop, the following is a measure of safety factors of key indicators. For our work in the most important safety factors, we select the "security approach", "security act" and "security awareness" of these three indicators to be measured, for the most important factors of production safety, we select the "accurate ", " Rapid reaction capability ", " skilled ", " judgement "and" predictable "and" coordination "of the six indicators to be measured; pressure for the psychological quality for security, we select the" attention , "" Rapid reaction capability "and" proficiency "of these three indicators to be measured, for the most can not meet the needs and the most error-prone behavior, we selected" The information is not correct "and" cognitive error " Two indicators to be measured. These indicators show the conclusions of their predecessors but also explain the survey has good reliability and validity.2. At present, China' s SMEs workshop operators' psychological burden is generally large and borne mainly from the following composition: The over work load caused by psychological pressure; inadequate capacity caused by psychological load and the lower performance caused by Psychological load.3. Now individual qualifications for small and medium-sized enterprise workshop in China has little impact to mental workload. The age and sex of the individual employees contribute a certain psychological impact load. The work length of individual employee work on the psychological impact of the load factors.4. In order to change the current general Mental Workload status of Workshop operation , effective methods of staff training, as long as enhance the accuracy of operation, skill, predictability, coordination, staff awareness to enable accurate Information operations, will not have cognitive error, so that staff can effectively enhance the capacity of technical operations, to reduce the psychological load due to lack of technical capacity, but also enhance employee productivity, improve employee performance, reduce working hours And reduce the psychological load cause by time pressure and the psychological load cause by performance estimate.
