Into the era of knowledge economy, the individual as the "organization" exists insocial economy, human resource has become the most core resources, its words anddeeds are in working within or outside and organization has great relevance: positivewords and actions can bring positive influence for the organization, of course thenegative words and deeds will directly, thereby causing loss to the organization,sometimes even lead to organization with destruction. Researchers to employees atwork inside and outside of the positive words and deeds is defined as organizationalcitizenship behavior (OCB), which defines the negative words and deeds ascounterproductive behavior (CWB), because the production behavior has certainconcealment, often ignored by managers, resulting in organization suffered huge losses,such cases in reality.the job satisfaction of counterproductive behavior and influence mechanism, inorder to answer questions on the following aspects: the relationship between jobsatisfaction and counterproductive behavior is what? When employees’ job satisfactionis low, will cause the production behavior? When employee job satisfaction is higherthan the average level, can will eliminate some of the organization’s counterproductivebehavior? If you can, the mechanism of how? Job satisfaction of different dimensionsindicators dimensions on the production behavior of concrete influence what? Throughthe empirical study of sichuan electric power industry employees found that:First, the production staff behavior such as age, education level, work life ofdemographic characteristics variable has a certain difference.Second, on the job satisfaction of counterproductive behavior relationship, workenvironment satisfaction (influences) satisfaction (minimum), personal development,work itself satisfaction (affect) the three dimensions of productive counterproductivebehavior has significant negative impact; Salary and welfare satisfaction (influence),work environment satisfaction (influences), work itself satisfaction (minimum) has asignificant negative influence on the CWB from property; Work environment satisfaction, interpersonal relationship degree of satisfaction has a significant negativeinfluence on human aggression the CWB;Third, counterproductive behavior motives of two dimensions (expressivemotivation and instrumental motivation) and counterproductive behavior has a positivecorrelation, and the expression of instrumental motivation in producing the CWB ishigher than the influence of the property the CWB effect higher than that of expressivemotivation, motive and expression effect on interpersonal relationship the CWB isgreater than the instrumental motivation;Fourth, the expressive motivation in instrumental motivation in job satisfactionand counterproductive behavior relationship with mediation effect, on the jobsatisfaction and property the CWB, interpersonal aggression and the workingconditions in the CWB relationship satisfaction and productive with partial mediationeffect in the relationship between the CWB, satisfaction in the personal developmentand the work itself satisfaction has partial mediating effect on the relationship betweenthe productive the CWB;Fifth, self-adjusting variable in expressive motivation and productive in the CWB,the relationship between the property of the CWB has regulating effect, theinstrumental motivation and property of the relationship between the CWB, also existin regulating effect, and in the other group’s production behavior motivation andcounterproductive behavior relationship does not exist in regulating effect.
