Job satisfaction as a direct reflection of the role of employees in the organization and the direct reflection of emotional reactions will directly affect the way employees behave in the organization.With the continuous development of the economy and society,the main body of enterprise employees is gradually being replaced by the new generation.The new generation of employees not only have the personality traits of dare to innovate and active thinking,but also have weak resistance and responsibility in the work process.Thin,professional deficiencies such as low loyalty to the company.Therefore,for the new generation of employees,job satisfaction will have a more direct impact on their behavior in the enterprise.More and more human resource managers have found that new generations of employees often exhibit anti-production behaviors that are potentially harmful to enterprises or colleagues due to lack of job satisfaction and absenteeism,deliberate destruction,attacking colleagues,and even leaving.And this counterproductive work behavior is increasing year by year,and the form of expression is increasingly diversified.This kind of behavior not only increases the operating cost of the enterprise,but also is not conducive to the long-term stable and sustainable development of the enterprise.This paper follows the logic of asking questions,analyzing problems,and solving problems in research.First of all,taking the new generation of employees as the research object,this paper focuses on the research and the related literatures and main theories of job satisfaction,counterproductive work behavior,organizational commitment and emotional intelligence.Secondly,the conceptual model of this paper is constructed,and six main hypotheses are proposed.The regression analysis method is used to empirically analyze the survey data to discuss the correlation between the four variables of job satisfaction,counterproductive work behavior,organizational commitment and emotional intelligence of the new generation employees.relationship.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,the deeper impact mechanism between job satisfaction and anti-production behavior of new generation employees is explained and explained in detail,and the research conclusions are drawn.The results of this study show that there are significant differences between some demographic variables and each research variable;there is a significant correlation between the variables;the job satisfaction and anti-production behavior are affected by the mediation of organizational commitment;emotional intelligence can be significant Adjust the relationship between job satisfaction and some counterproductive work behavior.This paper hopes to further enrich the existing theories in the field of counterproductive work behavior by studying the impact of job satisfaction on the counterproductive work behavior of the new generation of employees in the context of Chinese local culture,and propose how to better manage the new generation of employees and reduce counterproductive work behavior.Specific countermeasures and suggestions.
