China is a country with a large population,food security related to people's livelihood,fundamental position of agriculture can only be strengthened,not weakened no modernization of the whole national economy modernization without agricultural and fishery as part of big agriculture,for people to provide rich in protein,high people's physique,but also provide important raw materials for Industry and agriculture,.At present,area of our country fishery has been diverted,pollution,production and profit bottleneck,realize fisheries sustainable development to ensure the continued supply of aquatic products,fishermen continued to increase,the fundamental path is on fishery science and technology,the establishment of new science and technology service mode in modern fishery,push fishery science and technology achievements transformation,has important significance.Jiangsu Province is China's fishery Province,a number of fishery production indicators ranked first in the country,in 2013,Jiangsu province fishery science and technology progress contribution rate reached 73.9,but found in the field research,really let the new technology,new achievements reach the hands of fishermen and great reality gap.Through the study of related theories both at home and abroad,using the form of questionnaire survey conducted a questionnaire survey of actual farming households engaged in fishery science and technology,ordinary households,fishing technicians in three groups,and the data were collected,using descriptive analysis and Logistic model analysis,three groups of fishery science and Technology Service demand,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis in combination,the study shows that there is Jiangsu province fishery science and technology service in the process of the problem:first,the main single Fisheries Extension,science and technology service system is not perfect;two,management system,personnel quality defects;supply and demand contradiction,three science and technology service,and the market are not closely connected;four fishermen,low quality of culture of science and technology,five;the uneven distribution of fishery science and technology services.To solve these problems,combining the results of empirical research.Put forward some suggestions to establish new science and technology service mode in modern fishery:continuing to strengthen the leading role of the promotion of the State Department in the service of science and technology;second,the integration of fisheries resources,promote system innovation service;three,the development of all types of Fisheries Service Organization,pay attention to the fishing technology personnel training;fourthly,forming information service platform construction and fisheries technology extension service chain extension.
