In this paper, the geographical indication of agricultural products as the researchobject, the geographical indications and industrial development as the focus, toJingshan rice case, combining normative analysis in development process ofindustrialization of agricultural products of geographical indications Hubei, conductsthe research to the geographical indication of agricultural products development pathof industrialization, puts forward countermeasure and suggestion of certain theory thevalue.This paper mainly discusses the following aspects: first, analysis of geographicalindications of agricultural industrialization development theory, transaction costtheory, the theory of comparative advantage and resources endowment theory,divisionof labor and cooperation theory and the theory of brand. Among them, the theory ofcomparative advantage and resources endowment theory and brand theory provides atheoretical basis for the agricultural product geographical indications, transaction costtheory and the theory of division of labor of geographical indications of agriculturalindustrialization of the necessity to provide according to the. Second, the role ofgeographical indications of agricultural industrialization development mechanismanalysis. First analysis of the mechanism of action of all participants, the farmercooperative organization of government, enterprises and farmers, the relationshipbetween each other, points out that the geographical indication of agriculturalproducts industrialization development should be the geographical indication ofagricultural products connected parties participating organizations, government,farmers, the formation of economic union benign cycle of sharing risk pooling ofinterests.
