Study On Link Mode Between Leading Enterprise And Farmer Specialized Cooperative In Agricultural Industrialization

Agricultural industrialization and agricultural modernization are closelyrelated， In recent years， agricultural industrialization has been developingrapidly．The18th CPC National Congress pointed clearly that we should encourageand develop various forms of agricultural production mode，cultivate new type ofbusiness entities．So that agricultural industrialization can be fully supported，inwhich， leading enterprise and farmer specialized cooperative have played animportant role．Since the year2007，the government and relevant authorities have issued aseries of guiding and encouraging policies and management methods to promote therapid development of leading enterprise and farmer specialized cooperative， thecooperation between them is becoming more and more important．In the past of theagricultural industrialization， the form of＂ contract farming＂ is relativelycommon，farmers directly dock with the leading enterprises，but due to the reasonsof system， information and other factors， the model has many problems inpractice．But with the re-emergence of farmer specialized cooperative，the role offarmer specialized cooperative has become more and more important in agriculturalindustrialization， the form of＂ leading enterprises＋farmer specializedcooperatives＋farmers＂has attracted more and more attention，so the study onconnection between leading enterprise and farmer specialized cooperative has avery important practical significance．This paper has taken the methods of comparative analysis，case analysis andapplied the new institutional economics， having a systematic analysis and study onlink mode between leading enterprise and famer specialized cooperative．In the firstplace，introducing the writing purpose and significance of the paper，and clarify therelated theory and developing status of leading enterprise and famer specializedcooperative； At the second part， through the comparison with the“contract farming”， theoretically demonstrated the necessity of the link mode betweenleading enterprise an famer specialized cooperative，and summarize the link modebetween them，at the same time，taking Hubei as an example to explore thefeasibility of the coupling，holding the idea that the form of “leading enterprises＋famer specialized cooperatives＋famers” is more suitable to the region in whichthe development of industrialization is relatively slow．At last，the paper analysisthe problems in the process of coupling and proposed targeted improvements．...
