Research On Theory And Method Of Comprehensive Evaluation For Small And Medium-sized Enterprises' IT Project

In this paper,drawing on analysis of current domestic and foreign information technology projects for enterprise evaluation index system and evaluation methods of basic research results on,for SMEs' own characteristics,trying to determine the evaluation index system and evaluation of data calculations at all stages of evaluation activities provides a relatively small and medium-sized information personalized comprehensive evaluation of the project ideas.As follows:first construct the two sets of SMEs information project evaluation index system,a comparison of its screening,and choose a better index system,and then separately using AHP,gray relational evaluation,FCE and TOPSIS to evaluate three information projects received the corresponding order,then sort the four results to get the final result.The results show that the idea of this paper is feasible and effective.
