Analysis On Coal Price Forming Mechanism In China And Its Influencing Factors

China is a power country of coal production and consumption, as an important strategic energy resource, coal plays an important role in the development of economy of China. As far as concerned, coal will still be the most important energy resource in the long future time, and energy structure of China will dominated by coal as well. The problems of coal price forming mechanism restrict the healthy development of coal industry and economy of China. The research of establishment of the coal price forming mechanism which meets the objective requirements in the development of the market economy is of great importance. Not only affects the coal industrial structure rationalization and the sustainable development of coal industry directly, but also related to the healthy development of national economy.Firstly, the paper reviews the process of the reform of China’s coal price forming mechanism, and analyses the problems existing in current coal price forming mechanism through the summarization of the characters during the process, such as the unscientific coal manufacturing cost calculation framework and the imperfect coal price forming mechanism. And then focus on the study of coal price effect factors, especially conducts depth-discussion on supply-demand relationship and complete coal cost. And on the basis, this paper adopts system dynamics method to build the coal price forming model, then optimize the model repeatedly with the VENSIM and simulate and predict the inventory and consumption and price of coal. At last, put forward the related policy proposal to promote the reform of China’s coal price forming mechanism.The innovation of this article mainly manifests as follows. Firstly, construct the frame of coal price forming mechanism based on the current issues related to the coal price. Secondly, quantify the coal price forming mechanism with system dynamics model from the perspective of the whole system. The coal price forming mechanism which based on system dynamic can be more comprehensive and can describe the relationship between the variables more reasonably.
