Study On Coal Price Effect Factors And Coal Price Mechanism

The coal price is related to the healthy development of Chinese coal industry and people’s livelihood, and study on it has an important significance. Through the systematic analysis of internal and external factors of coal price, it shows that the main problems are the high cost of the circulation, the external loss of coal mining cost and the incomplete coal production cost. Through the study of the domestic coal price forming mechanism and current problem of the coal industry, it shows that the main factors causing these problems are the imperfection and incompleteness of the coal pricing mechanism. In view of the above situation, the coal pricing mechanism system frame is constructed. Among the frame, the coal price regulation system frame is constructed, and make a emphasis study on the necessities, the purposes, the significances, the principles and theoretical basis of the regulation system. The coal price comprehensive index sysytem-the database in the regulation system is constructed focusedly. At last analyze the regulation modes in deferent economic situation.
