| Performance evaluation is not only an important part in Human resource management, but also is an important management tool of mastering internal staff and motivating staff. Scientific performance evaluation system, sensible performance evaluation program, clear the purpose of performance evaluation and effective performance evaluation result can not only improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, but also can make employees receiving long-term career development, achieving a win-win situation.In this paper, take Foxconn Company in Zhengzhou for example, using performance management, compensation management, and organizational behavior theory of science, research performance management present situation and the problems that exist in the performance management system of the company and design questionnaire. By investigating company’s performance evaluation, find out existing problems in the company, such as:performance appraisal work didn’t get attention; the lack of system performance evaluation system and evaluation standards; single appraisal subject, appraisal methods are rigid; cannot effectively use the assessment results to guide the work tasks; performance evaluation of incentive effects cannot play their role, in principle, and optimize performance evaluation system in the company and propose safeguards in optimization process. For investigation of these problems, in order to change the management status, make it adapt to the internal human resources management, independent mature enterprise, to enhance the overall performance of the company, to promote enterprise long-term development, construct the foxconn group human resources management foundation platform for expected optimization goals, determine the idea of performance appraisal optimization, on the basis of performance appraisal principle to optimize the existing appraisal system, and put forward the enterprise in the process of optimization appraisal system optimization measures For this study, the author establishes performance evaluation system that suitable for the development of the company based on the theory of performance appraisal, according to "ask questions, analyze questions and solve questions ". Besides, the author proposes safeguards of the company’s further implementation from the implementation plan, implement links and relations that should be handled.The appraisal system put forward in the paper not only can effectively help enterprises found that the main problems in the current performance appraisal, but also can promote the professional development of staff. It has practical significance and reference value to promote the improvement of enterprise management.
