However, in Chinese, Pig farming industry concentration is not high, most are free range based, Make the pork price change easily induced "chasing sha die". Because the pig breeding cycle for more than six months, the supply is easy to appear the "overall surplus and shortage coexist, make the" relative "pig base, recurrent fever symptoms less expensive meat". normal operation and family farm type of farming enterprises farmers caused serious influence.The paper takes Henan province local enterprises in the most representative Chu ying agro pastoral as the research object, through the study of Chu ying agro pastoral marketing strategy, develop a better marketing strategy to help enterprises better operation. The paper firstly Chu ying agro pastoral development and products made a basic introduction, then introduced the current situation of the development of China’s pig farming enterprise. The second of Chu ying agro pastoral market positioning and marketing strategy to do an objective description, mainly from the product, price, channel, promotion four aspects are briefly introduced. Again using the PEST analysis has carried on the analysis to the current form from macroeconomic and microeconomic aspects, through SWOT analysis, find out the enterprise competition advantage and development opportunities, and summed up the successful experience and shortcomings of the current marketing strategy of Chu ying Agro pastoral. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis content, combined with the development needs of Chuying agro pastoral, from market positioning to the product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy, promotion strategy, formulated the detailed optimization scheme.
