Since the21st century, economic globalization has become increasingly clear thatelectronic swept across the world, rapidly changing customer requirements, continue toaccelerate the technologicalinnovation, gradually shorten the market life of product. Inorder to reduce costs, improve enterprise’s core competitiveness, many enterprises have tonon-core business and non-critical parts and contract them out to suppliers, and suppliers inthe supply of raw materials of product quality to a great extent the serious influence to thefinal product quality and cost, customers, suppliers, subcontractor’s complex supply chainnetwork, quality, cost, network every link of the timeliness of delivery will directly affectthe normal operation of the entire supply chain network. In such intense marketcompetition environment, improve product quality, reduce costs become each enterprisemust face the problem. The supplier quality management become enterprise inevitablymining profit growth point. Supplier quality as the foundation of supply chain QSguarantee. Suppliers and enterprises is no longer a purely commercial relationship.Competition between enterprises has been extended to each node in the supply chain, thewhole industry chain in the process of division of labor cooperation, complementaryadvantages and risk-sharing, strengthen the quality control of suppliers of mutual benefitand win-win cooperation relations become an important means of quality management andhave to face the problem.This article expounds the supply chain under the environment of the basicconcepts and theory of supplier management, focus on building the supplier managementsystem, supplier selection and evaluation method, the performance evaluation of suppliers,supplier incentive mechanism, and supplier relationship management on the basis of thecomparison system discussed in this paper. H company is a research and development,production, sales, a hand-held scanning device of the foreign capital enterprise, constantlymerger integration in recent years, H company got a rapid development, in order to adaptto the requirements of rapid development, companies need to raise its suppliermanagement level. This paper takes H company as the research object to do empirical analysis, investigation of H company supplier management status, found a few problems ofthe supplier management process, and then to carry out specific analysis on these problems.Finally contains clear improve integration solution supplier management strategy, improveand optimize supplier development evaluation system, enhance the quality control of thesuppliers of raw materials, strengthening the supplier performance examination and createuseful supplier incentive mechanism. At the end of this paper H company suppliermanagement to improve the effect of implementation of consolidation plan was discussed.
