Research On Financing Plight And Countermeasure Of The Micro-Enterprises Based On Grounded Theory

Since the1970s, small and micro enterprises have sprung up, because of the large number of it, small and micro enterprises play an increasingly important role in the regional economic development, its outstanding performan. for employment is far more than some large and medium enterprises. As a whole, small and micro enterprises with its detailed social division of labor and interactive network of cooperation have become an important force for national economy. But under the traditional concept of "big is better than small", small and micro enterprises don’t get enough attention from all circles of the society and encounter the plight of development especially the micro-enterprises which is the key point of this paper. Shortage of funds and difficulties in financing limit the development of micro-enterprises from the beginning to the end.In order to support the small and micro enterprises, on July4th2011, formally file from MIIT, NDRC, NBS and MOT has been released, since then small and medium enterprises have been divided into three parts, medium, small and micro, which is based on revenues, number of employee, total assets and so on. From then on, small enterprises have got extremely attention, but for micro-enterprises is not enough. Firstly, policies from government prefer to focus on small and medium enterprises; Secondly, influenced by the social credit system, financial institutions whose purpose is to pursuit self-interest refuse to give a hand to micro-enterprises; In addition, micro-enterprises themselves have many disadvantages which may restrict the development.Based on former research, this paper introduces the Grounded Theory. Through going to interview relevant staff of government, financial institutions and the entrepreneurs of micro-enterprises, we have got the first-hand information. Then using the systematic method to analysis these data and try to conclude some feasible advices.In this paper, there are five mainly parts, chapter Ⅰ is introduction, mainly on the research background, research questions, the purpose and significance of the research. Chapter Ⅱ is literature review, mainly on the definition and importance of micro-enterprises, the financing plight and solutions for it. Chapter III is the Grounded Theory, try to introduce the content of the theory and the cases we choose. Chapter IV is the research design of the Grounded Theory, use the methods of this theory to analysis the data of the cases.Chapter V is conclusion and policy recommendations, based on the analysis above, summarize the conclusions and put forward some policy suggestions.
