Till now, SH has equipped with88units of various equipments, all equipments are maintained by a special department, at the mean time, the operation job are responsible to some other daily using workers. This traditional equipment maintenance mode causes many operational problems, such as equipment undeserved, malicious operations, and lack of recording archives. As a result, equipments has suffer a high rate of malfunction, which reduces the equipment run rate, increased the cost of equipment maintenance, and consequentially reduce the enterprise’s economic benefit. For this reason, based on the actual investigation of SH’s equipment maintenance process, and according to TPM theory and its application practice, this article developed a new set of equipment maintenance and management plan, including aspects of organizational structure, policies and objectives, education training system, management mechanism and system guarantee system, equipment installation and planned maintenance system. This new plan can be divided into four stages, i.e., concept formation, preparation, formal implementation, and solitary improvement, each stage have its concrete implementation measures and basic principles for actual implementation. Expectation can be made that the new TPM plan can effectively raising the level of equipment maintenance management in SH company, which would lead to a better economic reward. At the same time, accumulated experience of practice also can enrich the content of TPM theory, and a fine example for other enterprises that is going to implementing the TPM equipment management as well. Therefore, the paper not only has certain theoretical significance, but also substantially contribute to the equipment management practices. |
