A Study On Low-carbon Economyguided Optimization Of The Industrial Stucture In Xi’an

In the international context of global warming, low-carbon economy has become a newmodel of economic development and growth of human resources and the environment to dealwith the contradictions of the economy. Shaanxi Province was selected as the first nationallow-carbon pilot provinces, as the capital of Shaanxi Province, Xi’an, while shouldering thetask of building a modern international metropolis, it should be all-round development oflow-carbon economy, low carbon pilot Shaanxi play an exemplary effect. However, Xi’an stillneed to develop industries provide the impetus for the growth of the national economy, whileindustrial carbon emissions is part of the industry. So, how Xi’an in ensuring the premise ofrapid economic development, but also to implement a low-carbon economy development goals,is vital to the current and pressing issues.Because among the industry there is a close relationship ties in the process of industrialrestructuring, the industry should not only consider the differences in carbon emissions, shouldbe considered an industry chain after adjustments arising from the perspective of the industryassociation reaction. In view of this, we first use the IPCC emissions estimation methods givencarbon, carbon emissions and carbon emissions in Xi’an scale industrial sector was calculatedand found, electricity, heat production and supply industry; Petroleum processing, coking andnuclear fuel processing industry; chemical materials and chemical products manufacturing;10industries, such as paper and paper products industry is the largest industry in Xi’an carbonemissions.According to2007input-output table, Xi’an, further large-scale industrial sectors into23sectors, with reference to the computing industry influence, carbon emissions are calculatedinfluential factor of three industries and23industries. It was found that the primary industryand tertiary industry in Xi’an influence and impact of carbon emissions are relatively small,and the influence and impact of carbon emissions were greater than a second industry,secondary industry should focus on optimizing the industrial structure. Then the internal23industrial sectors influence coefficient and carbon emissions impact factors were analyzed andfound electricity, heat production and supply industry, paper making, printing and stationery and sporting goods manufacturing and food manufacturing and tobacco processing industry3carbon industries larger and smaller industrial emissions influence influence, should becomethe focus of industrial structure optimization. Finally, the paper proposes to focus onoptimizing the secondary industry, appropriate adjustments to the primary industry and tertiaryindustry in Xi’an industrial structure optimization strategy.
